Hilo has been coaching professionally for the last ten years in both Paris and London for PSG, RC Lens, and Crystal Palace. His passion is developing youth and up-and-coming talent. After working in Paris and winning many trophies and guiding talent to become professional, he moved to London as he believes this is where the best opportunities in the world are. He believes in the Football of possession by perception and methodology. He is UEFA B qualified.
